Thanks for shopping at Wine Nook! We stand behind our products. If your Wine Nook is defective or damaged, you may return your Wine Nook within 10 calendar days of receiving it. Returns and exchanges are resolved within three or four business days following our receipt of the product.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in original packaging and include all accompanying accessories. Must include proof of purchase. Note: engraved items are not eligible for refunds.

EXCHANGES

We will inspect the item upon receipt and notify you that we have received it. We will send out a replacement right away.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then inform you of the status of your refund after inspection. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.

SHIPPING

If the error was on our end (damaged, defective, we sent wrong color or style) we will pay to ship the return of item as well as for replacement. If you would like to exchange for different style or color, you are responsible for return shipping and shipping of the new item.

TO RETURN ITEM

To return the item, go to UPS.com and put in your tracking number. From there you can create a label for your return. If your item was not shipped UPS, please contact us at orders@winenook.com.
